That's So Wong!
Women owned business, vegan food (that I have shoved into my face whenever I can) and growing up in a small town are all things I know about. So this next guest is the perfect person for me to talk to.
I’ve known Lisa Wong and her Wong Way Veg food truck for quite some time. We talk about getting creative with vegetables, growing up in Kansas, and the joy of making people happy with food in “That’s So Wong!”, Episode 67 of the Something About Food? podcast.
Lisa Wong comes from a family of restaurateurs, so it was a natural fit that she would become a food truck entrepreneur. Her love of street food, animals, and her passion for feeding people is what drives this little orange truck!
She and her partner Natalie Gilbert are inspired by seasonal and local produce, cuisine from around the world, and adding our their own twist to plant-based food with their truck, Wong Way Veg. Find and follow them on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest.
