Oh Crepes!

The two-hour drive down to Colorado Springs wasn’t a hassle because I was going there to take a class with Monika Celly. It was terrific, and her channa masala? Oh my, it was exceptional.

But what truly made me admire this amazing culinary instructor is how she and her family love to road trip around the US, India, and Canada. Road food, crepes and loving southern hospitality are all on the table in “Oh Crepes!”, Episode 54 of the Something About Food? Podcast.

Monika Celly is a food enthusiast who loves teaching and sharing authentic Indian recipes through her cooking classes and meal kits with the local community. She runs the cooking school “Polka Dots and Curry” in Colorado Springs, CO. And you can find her on Instagram and Facebook.

This channa masala, vegetable pakora, dhal and rice made the ride down very much worth it. She made it and I ate it!

These are the very crepe’s Monika tells us about in her interview. You know, the ones that were mind blowing?
